Machine Tending Robots
QComp Machine Tending Robots utilize a two armed collaborative robot to a machine tending/ assembly operation, which has the advantage of two robot arms can working completely independently and performing multiple functions at the same time. One arm can pick parts from an infeed and load parts into a machine process then the second arm can remove the part and place it into a secondary location/ tray machine or assembly it with another component.
- Dual Arms work independently
- Faster cycle times due to multiple functions performed simultaneously
- Standard part feeders available
- Force sensing feedback
- Vision inspection
- Vision guided from camera mounted in the arm or remotely
- Highly accurate Pick and Place
