Vice President of Sales

Pete Rogers serves as Vice President of Sales at QComp, where he leads the company's sales strategy and works closely with customers to develop innovative automation solutions that solve complex manufacturing challenges.

With more than 20 years of experience in robotics and industrial automation, Pete brings a unique blend of technical expertise, operational leadership, and business growth experience to the QComp team. He began his career at Acieta as a Robotic Systems Engineer, programming and integrating FANUC robotic systems across a variety of applications, including welding, machine tool tending, and material handling. Over the years, he advanced through leadership roles spanning project management, segment management, integration management, and operations leadership.

Prior to joining QComp, Pete served as President of Automation at Central McGowan, where he was responsible for growing the company's automation division. Under his leadership, the business experienced significant expansion, earning FANUC Growth Awards in 2021 and 2023 and recognition as a Lincoln Electric Integrator of Excellence.

Pete is passionate about helping manufacturers leverage automation to improve productivity, overcome labor challenges, and create long-term competitive advantages. His experience across engineering, operations, and executive leadership allows him to understand customer challenges from multiple perspectives and guide organizations toward practical, scalable automation solutions.
