Blake Consdorf is the President of QComp Technologies, bringing more than 28 years of leadership experience across robotics, automation, machine tools, and advanced manufacturing solutions. Known for guiding organizations through complex transitions, Blake has built a career around strengthening customer partnerships, aligning teams around clear strategy, and driving sustainable growth.

With robotics and automation deeply rooted in his background, Blake leads with a customer-first mindset and a belief that strong leadership starts with self-discipline, clarity, and accountability. His approach emphasizes influence through action, collaboration, and enabling teams to take on complex challenges with confidence and clarity.

Blake Consdorf joined QComp Technologies as President in 2026, during a pivotal period of growth and opportunity for the organization. With deep industry knowledge and a strong understanding of automation’s evolving role in manufacturing, he was brought in to help guide QComp’s next chapter—strengthening its market position, deepening customer partnerships, and aligning teams around long-term strategy.

His leadership focuses on building upon QComp’s strong foundation while positioning the company for continued innovation, scalability, and customer impact across industries.
